TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment Refund & Policy

   1. Registration Fee

      • The registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

   2. Cancellation or withdrawals 2 Months Before Camp

      • If a fellow cancels within 2 months before the camp date, 50% of the total camp fee is non-refundable.

      • If the fellow has paid less than 50%, they must pay the difference to reach the non-refundable 50%.

   3. Cancellation 1 Month Before Camp

      • If a fellow withdraws within 1 month before the camp, 100% of the total camp fee is non-refundable.

      • This means the fellow must complete the full camp fee, even if they had not finished paying.

   4. Payment Deadlines

      • All fees must be paid by the stated deadlines.

      • Failure to complete payment on time may result in loss of a reserved slot.

2. Transfer of Registration

• Registration cannot be transferred to another person without written approval from the organizers.

3. Attendance & Conduct

• All fellows must follow camp rules, instructions from leaders, and maintain respectful conduct.

• Faith Camp leaders reserve the right to dismiss any fellow who behaves inappropriately, with no refund.

• The Camp shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages caused by a participant’s failure to follow safety instructions, rules, or camp leader’s directions.

• Should a fellow cause injury to another or damage to property through misconduct or negligence, the fellow/parent/guardian/relatives may be held liable for the costs or consequences arising.

4. Media Consent

• As a Faith Camp fellow, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the camp for Faith Connect’s publicity, unless they opt out in writing.

5. Health & Medical

• Fellows must inform Faith Camp leaders of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications.

• Faith Camp leaders will not be held liable for the medical emergencies resulting from undisclosed conditions.

6. Third-Party Providers

• Faith Camp may engage third-party service providers (such as venue hire) where the same is deemed necessary (e.g. venue hire). Service provider is classified as an independent contractor and not deemed as camp servant, agent or representative of Faith Connect.

• Faith Camp cannot be held liable for actions, omissions, or services provided by third parties unless a contrary contractual obligation exists between them and the Camp.

7. Changes & Cancellations by Organizers

• Faith Connect, organizers of Faith Camp, reserve the right to change dates, venue, schedule, or activities if necessary.

• If the event is cancelled, fellows will receive an appropriate refund.

8. Right of Amendment

• Faith Connect, organizers of Faith Camp, reserves the right to amend, update, or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, where such changes are necessary for operational, legal, or safety reasons.
